Judy has been with Titanium Environmental Services since August 2008. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University. Judy has over 30 years experience in environmental management. She brings extensive experience in the areas of air, wastewater, stormwater, and waste regulation compliance, including permitting and registration; recordkeeping; reporting; SPCC and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan development and implementation; financial assurance; environmental sample collection and analysis; emergency response and reporting; and pollution prevention. Judy also has experience in auditing under the Texas Audit Privilege Act; environmental, health and safety management; and due diligence support.
She has received training in the following areas: industrial and hazardous waste management, air permitting, stormwater, DOT Hazardous Materials, 10-hour OSHA General Industry Safety Course, 24-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), first aid, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and media communications.
